Connecting the professional with the personal

In peer supervision, you and your colleagues create space to think about questions and bottlenecks in your work environment. This thinking together happens in a structured setting. The core of this is gaining insight into the situation in total. With the help of guided peer supervision, common reflection and feedback. Trying out a new professional behaviour that suits you and your specific situation.

Peer supervision contributes to the quality of how you practice your profession. And it teaches you to connect the personal and the professional even more.

Peer supervision for professionals

In three to five (max.) sessions of two hours I teach small groups of professionals how to make a peer supervision method their own. Or to evaluate and deepen the group process along the way.
