Trust your senses
Sometimes you are confronted with situations that you cannot handle, like depression, undigested mourning, a crisis in your relationship, a traumatic event, stress or a burn-out. You feel listless, frightened or insecure or sad and you don’t get enough support from your surroundings to tackle these problems.
