Letting go of old ways of thinking
When you get stuck in your personal life or your work, individual coaching can help to discover how to deal with your situation in a different way. Our thoughts of habit and recurring behaviour often make it hard to handle difficult situations in our work or in our personal lives. In a short personal course of three to five one hour-sessions, you learn to look in the mirror and to discover blocking patterns. This has a liberating effect and creates new energy and creativity to deal with difficult situations.
