Supervision is one of the most important instruments in your personal and professional development as a carer, teacher, psychotherapist, trainer, or organisation advisor. Refining yourself as an instrument in relation towards clients.
I focus on expanding awareness of everything that occurs in relation to your client(system). What is important in this is becoming aware of your blind spots. Recognising recurring patterns and parallel processes. Together from a ‘multi-focal glance’ we research the situation to explore the intervention possibilities and experiment with them.
I give the option for either individual or group supervision. In individual supervision my full attention goes out to the situation and the one being supervised. Group supervision has the advantage that professionals can learn from each other.
