Working on your own themes of life

Learning therapy is meant for professionals in training to become a psychotherapist or coach. To guide someone in their work or living environment it is necessary that you first gain your own client experience and explore your own unfinished life themes.

During the learning therapy we work on your personal themes and questions. I make space to reflect on the process of the therapy and my style of working as a learning therapist.

For an experienced professional, learning therapy can also be required. You too might come across ‘incomplete’ life themes during your work or you might have to deal with a radical personal event that interferes with your work with clients. In such a case self-care is advisable.

How many sessions are needed depends on the requirements of the Training Institute.
